This work explains how explosive substances should be transported in compliance with international regulations, minimizing their potential impacts in the event of terrorist attacks, and on the environment and human safety. It has been used as a training manual for personnel involved in explosive transport under the supervision of the Turkish Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Transport.
